The EDWARDS E2M 40-275 two-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps are designed for demanding industrial applications requiring low ultimate pressure, high pumping speeds, and reliable continuous operation.

The range includes the E2M40, E2M80, E2M175, and E2M275, with pumping speeds from 37 to 255 m³/h at 50 Hz and an ultimate total pressure of 3 × 10⁻³ mbar without gas ballast. Their proven two-stage oil-sealed design and forced lubrication system provide stable vacuum performance across a wide range of industrial operating conditions.

The E2M pumps feature an adjustable gas ballast with a built-in dust filter and purge gas connection. An oil distribution system maintains a constant oil supply to the vacuum stage during operation, while the integrated oil filter helps protect the pump mechanism from solid contamination.

For applications requiring higher pumping speeds or improved ultimate pressure, the EDWARDS E2M range can be combined with an EH Roots vacuum booster to create a higher-performance vacuum pumping system.
