FINDER MEX-LEX Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps

The FINDER MEX – LEX liquid ring vacuum pumps are single-stage industrial vacuum pumps designed for applications requiring a high vacuum, offering high operational reliability and resistance to wet gases.

Thanks to their compression ratio variation valve, they can achieve suction pressures down to 33 mbar absolute, or even 10 mbar with an ejector, while maintaining the benefits of liquid ring technology: isothermal compression, oil-free internal operation, and low maintenance. The MEX and LEX ranges can handle most gases and vapors.

Available in version monoblock directly coupled to the motor for the (MEX) range or in a version with a support and independent shaft for the (LEX) range.

Version certifiée ATEX	Disponible sur demande pour une utilisation en atmosphères explosibles.
Version à entraînement magnétique	Entraînement par accouplement magnétique limitant les risques de fuite, particulièrement adapté aux gaz ou liquides toxiques ou explosifs. L’eau fraîche peut être utilisée avec un recyclage partiel ou complet associé à un échangeur thermique.
Version avec revêtement interne	Parties en contact avec le fluide revêtues de matériaux thermoplastiques fluorés, tels que l’ECTFE, l’ETFE ou le PFA, afin d’améliorer la résistance chimique.
Configuration avec éjecteur d’air	Permet d’abaisser la pression d’aspiration jusqu’à environ 10 mbar absolus pour les applications nécessitant un Vide plus poussé.
Utilisation en mode compresseur (gamme LEX)	Les modèles LEX peuvent également être utilisés comme compresseurs avec une pression de refoulement pouvant atteindre 1,3 bar relatif.
