DVP PA claw Vacuum pumps for industrial applications

Designed for industrial applications requiring moderate vacuum levels and high pumping capacities, the DVP PA series combines dry-running claw technology with nominal pumping speeds ranging from 155 to 250 m³/h at 50 Hz.

The range comprises two models, the PA 155 and PA 315, providing nominal pumping speeds of 155 m³/h and 250 m³/h respectively at 50 Hz. Ultimate total pressure is 150 mbar(a) for the PA 155 and 200 mbar(a) for the PA 315.

Both models are supplied as standard with an adjustable inlet connection, an outlet silencer, a vacuum regulating valve and anti-vibration mounts.

Typical applications for DVP PA claw Vacuum pumps

With their high pumping speeds and stable operation within the moderate vacuum range, DVP PA claw vacuum pumps are well suited to industrial processes requiring continuous and controlled vacuum generation.

‍

  • Vacuum gripping and handling. Well suited to vacuum gripping systems using suction cups, particularly where continuous vacuum generation and sufficient pumping capacity are required to compensate for system leakage
  • Packaging and wrapping machines. The PA series can be integrated into packaging and wrapping equipment requiring vacuum for handling, holding, transferring or forming operations.
  • Automation and production lines. With nominal pumping speeds of 155 to 250 m³/h at 50 Hz, the PA 155 and PA 315 are suitable for centralized vacuum systems and industrial machinery requiring a stable vacuum supply.
  • Vacuum holding and clamping. Suitable for generating the vacuum required for holding and clamping components on tables, fixtures, tooling and machining systems.
  • Industrial processes requiring a moderate Vacuum. With ultimate total pressures of 150 mbar(a) for the PA 155 and 200 mbar(a) for the PA 315, the range is particularly suited to applications where pumping speed is prioritized over deep vacuum performance.
