Vacuum Impregnation

Imprégnation sous vide GEFI France

Principle of operation and use

Vacuum impregnation is a process that uses vacuum to remove as much air as possible from a structure and then replace it with a resin (or other impregnating solution) that will fill all cavities. The resin is used in particular to ensure electrical insulation between the turns of the conductor. Vacuum insulation equipment is also used in the materials industry to improve the performance of materials or improve their aesthetic characteristics.
