Principle of operation and use

Vacuum is very important in glass manufacturing: it optimizes the glass molding process, improves the quality of packaging glass, and increases the production speed of IS machines. In glass factories, pumps alone do not cover all the needs. They are normally combined with dedicated accessories such as tanks and separators to prevent lubricant from the molds from entering the pumps.

Our solutions with Pneumofore pumps, driven by frequency converters, make it possible to adapt the performance of the pump to the requirements of the process. Being air-cooled, cooling water circuits are useless. UV pumps are “plug and play” and require a minimum of work to install and start up.
