Revêtement de surface

Principle of operation and use

Vacuum evaporation is a technique for depositing a thin layer (generally metallic), used in particular in microelectronic manufacturing.

The material to be deposited is evaporated under vacuum in a hermetic chamber, the vacuum allowing the particles to directly reach the support where they recondense into the solid state.
