Principle of operation and use

Vacuum lifting devices are used for gripping parts of all capacities, whether they are made of PVC, steel or concrete. Vacuum lifting is activated quickly and safely, thanks to a system of suction cups supporting both heavy loads and fragile materials.

The suction cup handling technique consists in creating a vacuum in the space existing between the suction cup and the product. Reducing this pressure creates a suction force capable of lifting 10 tons for 1 m2 of area covered by the suction cup.

Thanks to this physical phenomenon, suction cup handling makes it possible to carry out handling operations on large objects or objects that are complex to handle effortlessly, quickly and safely.
