The PD+ 1200 is a rotary lobe booster designed to meet the requirements of industrial applications using air or process gases. Based on PD Plus technology, it makes it possible to reach high pressure levels (up to 1000 mbar) while guaranteeing continuous, stable and secure operation.
Its robust design is based on high quality mechanical elements: ductile iron bodies, helical gears and sparging lubrication system. This architecture ensures excellent wear resistance, high stability and extended life.
Thanks to efficient sealing systems, the booster works without oil in the compression chamber, thus guaranteeing optimal purity of the air or gas treated, while limiting leaks in sensitive environments.
The 1200 model is available in several configurations (air, specific gases, horizontal or vertical assembly, single or double envelope), which allows it to be easily integrated into many industrial processes. Options such as oil cooling are also offered for the most severe service conditions.
