The PD+ 4000-5500-7000 & 9000 are volumetric boosters with rotating lobes specially developed for demanding industrial applications involving air and gas. Designed based on PD Plus technology, they allow pressures of up to 1000 mbar to be reached while ensuring continuous and safe service.

Its mechanical design is based on robust and proven materials: cast iron structure, ductile iron rotors and helical gears. The sparging lubrication system helps to limit wear and guarantees excellent long-term reliability.

The booster works without oil in the compression zone, which preserves the quality of the treated fluid (air or gas) and prevents any contamination. The sealing devices also ensure very good control of leaks, including in sensitive environments.

Thanks to its multiple variants (shaft orientation, gas types, single or double jacket, mounting configurations), the 4000-5500-7000 & 9000 models are easily integrated into various industrial installations. Specific options, such as cooling circuits, are available for the most demanding applications.
