Rotary pistons, also called Blowers, have three closed lobes that are dynamically balanced within a cast iron body. This body integrates a specific system into the impulse part, which allows progressive compression to be achieved and, therefore, a reduction in pulsation at the point where it is generated. The gears are helically toothed and heat treated and ground according to the DIN-6 standard. The wedge on the shaft is conical, without a key. The gears and bearings are lubricated by oil sparging.

The tightness between the compression chamber and the casings is obtained by the labyrinthine closure with segments and an intermediate condensate chamber. The tightness of the drive shaft with the outside is obtained by means of a radial lip seal (ring).
